I have education loan from SBI and 2 lakhs more needs to be paid to clear the loan. now i am planning to pursue master's for which I need 20 lakhs.
Can I get another education loan? in same bank or in two different banks? We have only 1 property and kept that in sbi for my B.Tech education loan. Other than this, my father is Government employee having more 6 years of service.

No, You are under debt of 1st loan, it is impossible to get loan from same bank.
Since you have taken mortgage loan on your property, you won't get the "No-Dues-Certificate" from SBI. Until it is fully paid back. So you cannot re-mortgage that property, until the completion on loan.
For other I think, your father with one more person can become a guarantor for you. If they does not have any other loan on them. But you may have to pay higher than usual interest on loan.
