Was thinking of going on a liquid diet to help lose weight and have a little bit more of a ballenced (nutritionally) diet.

Stop trying to find magic potions and learn the business. Study some books about nutrition so you know how to eat right. For instance you will learn about fiber. Fiber does exactly two things in the body: it absorbs water and it takes up space. Nobody understands how it helps weight loss and prevents spider veins in the legs, but it is known that it does both those things. If you don't eat enough fiber, in about three weeks you will develop the worst bellyache you could imagine. If you don't figure it out and get some fiber, you will die screaming. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Diverticulitis
Now what's this crap about a "balanced" liquid diet?
