I just moved out to Washington and i never got a SSN or Birth Certificate, my parents had me at home without a nurse or anyone. Pretty much i don't have any form of ID. I'm not an illegal immigrant i was born at my house in Newport, WA. How do i get a birth certificate and SSN my parents are in Alaska and won't help me with it, I'm 18 and really want to get a job as soon as possible! Thanks
