good question, it is illegal, because though you may not be taking part physicaly you are still seen to be somewhat taking part i.e instructing acts of a sexual nature that as a minor your are not aloud to legally watch i.e the age warning message at the begging of a porn, basicaly informing those who are underage it is illegal to watch the following footage. I think the answer to your queston is there may not be a law specifacly for your question BUT a minor producing or directing a porn more than likely comes under another law relating to the same thing
