Can a muslim woman remarry without being legally divorced?

If you get an annulment it means the marriage never happened, therefore no divorce.
Reasons you can get an annulment are:
Mental incapacity, ignorance, error about the person, error about marriage, fraud, knowledge of nullity, simulation, conditioned consent, force or grave fear.
However, an annulment costs more than a divorce.

no she can't cuz in the islam the wan can marry 4 women in max without being llegaly divorced..but the women must divorc before than she get married
