I have a hp laptop computer, and it has a HDMI slot on the side of it, is it possible for me to play my ps4 on there? If yes then how?

PC and PS4 are not compatible, unless you have the emulator for it. Try Googling "PS4 emulator" the site you're looking for is PS4emus.com it works for the Windows and Mac. This emulator also works on all PS1, PS2 and PS3 games as well. I encourage you to look it up.
