My creepy ex files for visitation to my daughter (NO RELATION TO HER AT ALL) and the courts gave it to him. Me and her father are furious, but it is court ordered and CPS is monitoring. How can I get his visitations suspended? He sends pictures of himself with her when she sees him, and he is a horrible person. Abusive, controlling, manipulative, perverted in every way, has a huge criminal history, has been in prison three times. AND they still let him see her!! Please, I need his visits to stop!! She's 2, he's 32!!!!

your probably going to have to take it to court to get his visits suspended or you can go to the cps office and try and go over the workers head and talk to her boss and see if you can get the visits suspended you will have to have proof all this because they are suppose to do back ground checks thoroughly before they okay something like that does he have any crimes agianst kids the abuse should of sent up a red tag you also might have to get a attorney cps is know to do things they want to do and they don't listen to a judge they think their god and they act like it is she in cps custody ?
