Do anime series that have dual audio generally use the original or censored animation?

You know how a lot of dubs censor blood/gore out of shounen anime for western release, if you get something with dual audio (can be played in english or japanese) is it usually the original animation used or the censored one?

They generally used uncensored ones because of the foreign part of the audio..
