Dose a rental company have the right to send to a lender information on another rental property?

I am currently renting a home from the same company that we was eviction from.  I am in another home with the same company, I am currently in the process of purchasing a home and they asked for my rental history. They sent over my rental history information of the current home I am renting and added my other home information.

What makes you think they don't have that right?  You can't pretend your past doesn't exist, so you best come up with some very good reasons as to why you had to be kicked out.  Lenders don't want to deal with anyone who has to be thrown out - would you?
