I was riding home on my motorcycle one night. I got home, hopped off my bike and a police spotlight comes on directly at me. I went down to talk to the officer when he told me I made a right turn on a red light. He then asked me for my ID, and gave me a ticket for not having an endorsement. Is there any law that he broke or anything I can take against him to court? I was already on my driveway, and he didn't flash his sirens. I did however did step off my driveway into the cul-de-sac where he proceeded to write out a ticket. He also accused me of speeding and passing a car in the center lane, which I didn't do. Thank you for the responses in advance.

Kinda the same experience what I had but not exactly. When I was driving the car on snow day on November 2010. I used to pass stop sign (people rarely use that road) and when I made a left turn that police haven't noticed what I was doing. I knew it is safe to drive right away. Police didn't put the sirens on when he was behind me for about a half mile. However he turned on the sirens while I was park at the grocery and I looked at the mirror. Great, a cop is here. Now what? He came and asked me to show him ID, driver insurance, etc. I had to wait for 15 mins and he came back told me that I was speeding, violent the stop sign and handed me a ticket. I was confused. I faced him that he might misunderstood and I went to court on January. The judge found that he was misunderstood, saying that must be another car because snow is blocked his vision and didn't see whole thing. Be careful, cops could be misunderstood sometimes, too.
