I want ONE good mechanical pencil, it can be pricey, I don't care. I also do get frustrated with fat mechanical pencils that dont fit in my hand as well. Any pencils i should look at?

Any engineering school will have drafting supplies in the book store. Any area with engineering companies will have drafting supply stores. You can check amazon.com for products and links to manufacturers. Search for "drafting pencil" instead of "mechanical pencil" to get the higher quality listings. I hope you know you need a special sharpener. That's in the listing too.
