A pal recently stayed with me for a week. They didn't have as good hygiene as I originally thought. Now my entire living room smells really bad of body odor. I have moped, used candles, air fresher, and opened the windows. The smell still lingers, especially in the spots where they tended to stay the most. Please help me to get rid of this smell!!!

Fabreze, but a whole spray can and use it on all fabric and carpet and any other surface that might still hold some odour, this should get rid of it, don't use air fresheners they just hide the smell behind a bigger smell, when it fades the original smell is still there.
Don't invite them to stay again.
I used Febreze on the chair they tended to stay in and it helped greatly. No more smell there. But the corner of the room where the chair used to be (we moved the chair and cleaned it and did not put it back in that spot) still has the smell. The smell is really strong in that area and tends to wafer through the rest of the living room from time to time. I tried Febreze the other day on that spot but once the good smell went away the bad came back :( Maybe I need to use the whole can as you suggested. I don't have any carpet in the room, just linoleum floor which I have mopped and mopped.
I have definitely learned my lesson and won't be inviting them to stay again. Thanks for the advice Jackofall.
