Me and my coworker are hoping to open up our own food truck business selling Mac and cheese. What can we do to begin our business? We already have the food truck name and it’s Mac N Cheez-Its. We both work in the cafeteria at our local high school and today we had served macaroni and cheese for lunch. Our boss makes the best Mac and cheese ever.

You should research the cost on how much a food truck is, the maintenance inside the said food truck, etc. Doing the research is the #1 thing to do so that you know how to do it. There are questions you should ask yourself:
Am I going to have tables and chairs outside the food truck?
How many chairs and tables do I need?
Should I provide menus?
How much is each item going to cost?
What are your business hours?
What are your business phone number?
What are your business days?
Are you open on Monday-Sunday?
Are you open or closed on holidays?
