I’ve tried to unsubscribe about one hundred times from them but they keep getting sent anyways. I also don’t want to delete my email account because it’s the main one I use.

Don’t open the spam emails or click on the unsubscribe link- that just tells these systems behind the spams that your email account is being used and they’ll send you even more. Just keep deleting without opening them and it will eventually stop. Make sure you don’t sign up on the internet with your normal email address, create another email if you need one to use to access internet somewhere.

Sorry for being nonspecific or confusing! The only thing is, I have a gmail account and don’t know how to block those emails. :)
