Any type of computer with sound output can play an mp3 file. Bluetooth is merely a type of sound transfer from the player to the speaker or headphone.

How do you find a MP3 player that plays out loud, and that ear pieces are not needed to play the sound. Thanks!

If you want to use a computer, you are just going to have to use a computer. Google.com is the main search engine for everything. You can search for "google advanced" to get instructions on how to narrow search results, but in most cases you will get a link to what you want in the first or second page. Go to google.com and type "mp3 player loudspeaker" for a start.

Buy a regular mp3, then buy an external speaker. They sell them at Walmart for around $10-$20.
