I workout and play basketball 3 times a week. my diet is ok. I eat a bit of fast food here and there, but not much. I hardly ever over eat. I dont eat heavy at night...just a apple with a bit of peanut butter usually. Simply...how do I get the tight flat stomach that I want. I know most of the basic things I need to do because I use 2 read mens health often. I just would like to have about 3 basic rules or things to do to set me on the right path to tight abs. When I look in the mirror at my stomach, I see a 4 pack...but my lower abs are covered by a bit of a pudge. Help. Plz.
