Hi, so I've been trying to tone up for like a year now and nothing's happening! I'm a vegetarian so I thought that might be the reason why, but recently I've been taking protein shakes and trying to eat more protein but still nothing. I go to the gym and workout at home for at least and hour and a half. I just really need some help, I'm sick of looking so thin! So help would be great! I mostly want a toned stomach and arms, thanks guys x
