How to change the location of mtext in autocad while using foreach loop?

I am develope commands for autocad and im currently stuck on the mtext issue using in autocad. Whenever the loop is iterate the mtext is print on the same location and i want to print it on different location so plz suggest me the trick so every time when loop is iterate it display the output on differnet location on my drawing.
