I reside in PA. I have 1 child that I pay $925 for to attend daycare. I'm in the process of a custody battle, but right now I have the child more than 40% of the overnights. Now today I get something in the mail for support. How much could I possibly have to pay for 1 child??? And will my ex's new spouse be calculated into this? I pay for everything my child needs and my ex just decided to file for support in the middle of a custody battle??? She keeps the child from me whenever she can and is constantly looking for ways to take the child. How will this all work?

well you need to make her visits third party and the judge needs to know that she trys to take the child for what ever reason she can thing of you need something put in your paperwork that stats what she is doing you need to see that she doesn't take the child she needs to pay half of the day care bill just as well plus half of any other bill for her support normally can run about 400 per child address this in front of the judge mabe get a attorney
