it would be smart as color indicates more than a pimple.try clear with hydrogen peroxide and keep close watch as yellow is infection.if no results or gets worse,get medical tests as possible sign of infection you will need to be treated for with anti-biotics.Kid, I pray that God guides and helps you.If need more prayers, just shout!
