I found a lump on the top of my wrist (palm side down) diagonal to the bone. Haven't bumped my wrist, hurt it, or have done anything that could have caused it. It's been there for eleven days and I don't see any difference in size. It feels squishy, kind of like a hard rubber plastic ball when I press on it. I'm scared about what it is and I've looked all over the internet for answers. I don't know what to do.

As I can only answer this once it would be hard to say so add more information like its exact position etc.. for future replies. Are you sure your not feeling a bone? Also what you should also do is look for symmetry ie. check the other wrist, if it is there, you are fine. If not you should visit the doctor but the likelihood is if not bone or muscle it is a cyst or something similar.
