Recently upon going up to visit her it was discovered my little brother who was living with her got power of attorney and moved her out the house. all other siblings want to know if she is safe and where she is but he will not reveal any info but keeps stating(There is no money in will so don’t worry about it) How can we legally get him to reveal where she is at so family and loved ones can see her?

Your brother must reveal where your mother is. If you and another family member can talk to him, ask him again and tell him it is your right to know. If he refuses again, tell him that you will get a court order, so he might as well tell you now. If he still refuses, your other option is to get someone he respects to ask him. If he still refuses, you'll need an attorney.
