My penis have change a lot and i think is because i dont clean my self good or what, the color of my glans have change they hve discolored from pink they start to get brown or darker, also my penis heads have like cracks and if you see it its seems its really dry skin but if you touch it its like oily and sticky also i have these really like white/pink bumps around the edge of the head. when i touch my penis it dosent hurt and i dont know if all this is because of the cleaning or what :S also we i cum i dont klnow if i need to clean my self ( for my logic i say yes but i dont know) and i cant have sex because of this thinking that is a disease or something like that. u should perform blood test known us blood cp, urine RE.....and use cap.velocef(cephradine) 500mg 8 haoerly and tab.enoxabid(enoxacin) 400mg two times i.e 12 hourly...aand apply neomycin cream on the head of penis

ok, i'll start with the more serious issue, your testicales - it is likely the balls in your testicale sack our cyst, which is extremly common and normal in males (have it myself) they can be very painfull from time to time but not harfull at all! go to the bathroom and see if they are attached to your actual testical, if they are then go see a dr asap!! next thing you penis- you need to make sure you use the right soap to clean your penis, try to avoid bars of soap and get some that specificaly say for sensitive skin, then make sure (if you are NOT circumsised) you pull your penis skin all the way back and give it a good scrub using the palm of you hand - do this twice daily (morning & evening) make sure you completley wash all the soap off, keep this up and your problem should clear p.s after masturbation be sure to wash away all excess seamen and also when you urinate use a tissue to wipe away any drips

* the color of your skin especially the penis is maybe due to the color of your underwear. Once, it's wet, maybe the color is fixed to your skin and it's like sometimes it's green sometimes it's blue and so on.
