Why would you propose when you don't even know what she feels and making a joke out of it is even worse. that will guarantee thaty ou will loose her even as a friend. Take it slow and easy....give her compliments and see how she reacts to them - you will know if she is interested in a romantic way. Take baby steps don't just plunge into the deep water.
How can I find whether she is interested in me or not???? She seems very happy talking to me and shares almost experience of her to me.
