When I say I want a different life I mean I want to be Someone else or choice the way I look and live cause I'm really depressed I don't like how I look my family is strict I can't do anything I just hate my life please help I can't live like this anymore
And please don't tell me that I don't need to change who I am cause if you were me you would want a different life too so don't say anything like that and be nice
first of all, stay strong. try finding a hobby or sport you like to distract yourself from your problems and such. next just surround yourself with positive friends which makes a huge difference, trust me. also, start saving up money so as soon as you are of age or as soon as you have the funds, you can move out into your own apartment or something nearby so you don't need to be by your family as much to delete some of your problems. things will get better though, i promise
im not saying you don't need to change who you are cus I did thought the same thing and it drove me up the wall when people did that. try changing your hair stile/colour start small and keep changing it till you fide something you like if you still feel the need to try changing you close stile what im saying is start small.
Hey, i have the same situation as you. Umm, im 20 years old and like when i found out that this was how i'm gonna turn out, u know, i wasn't so happy about it. Im short, unattractive, and not that smart. But hell we haven't figured anything out so i mean. Just gotta live. Just gotta live. I hope this "creator" will return the favor back to us.
I know the feeling. I was in your situation also and I started reaching out for ideas also. I was helped to see that our Grand Creator is a happy God and wanted us to be happy also. My greatest help came when I was offered a free bible study. At first I was like bible study how could that really help me but then I said why not what do I have to loose anyhow. So I accepted the bible study. During my bible study I came to find out that God is so loving and caring that it touched me emotionally enough to practice what I was learning. Most importantly it bought about a peace and tranquility that you have to experience for yourself. Let me just mention a few scriptures that positively turn my life around :
1) James 4:8,"Draw close to God and he will draw close to you." This actually had me thinking how could I draw close to God?
2) John 17:3"This means everlasting life, their coming to know you,the only true God,and the one whom you sent,Jesus Christ ."This is when I knew I needed to have a bible study to draw close to my God and to know what I have to do to gain everlasting life?
3) During my bible study God reassured me that I am not not alone for at 1 Peter 5:7 he feels me,"While you throw all your anxiety on him,because he cares for you." This made me smile knowing that God promise to have my back.
4) John 3:16,"For God loved the world so much that he gave his only- begotten Son,so that everyone exercising faith in him might not,be destroyed but have everlasting life." This help me to see,the loving,kind,caring God is,to give up his son for all mankind. He did not hold back the precious ransom of his son to set us free sin.
These is just a few scriptures that help me to see the need of putting God first in my life,then when I was going through my depression. Studying the bible helped me to be a better person. I am now a happy person and the peace and tranquility that I feel now I will not trade it for anything this world have to offer. Now I am focus on helping as many as possible to come into a relation with God and reap the wonderful benefits of serving him. It's the best life ever. Don't take my word for it,please just try it.

4. Sorry, but you can't change who you are completely. Instead, why not make the best of your life. You can change little by little but don't think you have to change completely.

I'm really not kidding remember that it's not your self telling you this it's the depression talking others may actually see you as a geniuely beautiful individual but if all else fails read the Bible.
If you are an adult, you need not live life as you describe it. If you are not an adult, you need to become an adult, otherwise you can’t be on your own feet. Once an adult, you are entitled to choose a life of your own liking. Nobody can stop you. Use your intellect to discriminate between the good and the bad. You can take the help of a spiritual mentor or coach to help you move forward on the journey of life.
