If A company labels their product as organic/NON GMO with the organic symbol/NON GMO symbol, and it isn't organic, or has been genetically modified, what can happen to the company?

The stores cannot do anything about it they have no choice but to sell the products with serial killer poo in it and lots of gmo's. This is because non-gmo and organic companies are run by a network of serial killers that will rape and torture grocery store clerks for not shelving their product. If it is labled organic and nongmo is has absolutely full of serial killer poo.
