If you lose your permanent teeth, do they grow back?

Details:

I lost all my teeth in a terrible car accident. The car got rear-ended and my teeth smashed on the dashboard and shattered.

I think they don't grow back. They are your permanent teeth! But like I said I'm not sure.

Sorry they don't but you can go to a dentist and ask them for denters, they aren't as bad as you think they're just like regular teeth!!!

If you're under 6 years old (which perhaps you are?) then yes, your teeth will grow back very soon. Sorry to hear about the car accident. Were your mommy and daddy hurt as well?

Sometimes your permanent teeth are not that permanent. There are cases in history (check the Guiness book of Records) with people that had 4 sets of 'permanent' teeth. But in everyday cases: no... they don't grow back.
