i have a friend whos little brother is trying to fly he says he will jump off the roof and start flying soo i told him id ask you guys and so please convince him you cant fly he thinks he is a bird

Tell your young friend about the pain that precedes orthopaedic surgery, and continous after. Ask him if he has ever considered what it's like to be paralyzed, say perhaps from waist down. Tell him the story of Icarus, and what it would be like to never see his mom and dad again. If no response, pull up some early 20th century photographs and film converted videos of those early attempts to fly with such a variety of attached phoney- baloney wings. Itook the leap at age 12, after having flying dreams, and my broken foot proved they were just that, dreams. Maybe find a large boy doll, outfit it with aluminum foil and popsicle stick wings. Then drop it from about 8ft, estimate the probable injuries. Ofcourse "boys will be boys" and we have some sort of sacred duty to prove everybody wrong.
