So if you've had a discharge for awhile now what have you been using? You are, one of these days, going to have a normal period with a heavy flow and when you stand up you are going to have blood on the back of your dress or pants and leave blood on someone's couch or chair. Try walking around school with blood on your backside for everyone to ser. Which will be more embarrassing asking for pads or walking around with blood on you???
There is nothing to be embarrassed about because nearly every female berween 10 and 50 has periods including your mom.
"Mom, remember when we talked about liners? Its time."
i started getting discharge around 10 years old but didnt start using liners until 12 years old. its ok if your nervous, but if your mom does your laundry she will most likely notice anyways. your mom has had her period and probably discharge too, so try taking a breath and saying “hey mom can i talk to u?” good luck :)
