To be honest, and I'm not a health care professional, but there is always a risk. The pill is not ever 100% fool proof, even if taken ontime for years. If there was a 2 week period of time that was missed and she restarted, it's best to get tested just to be sure. You can buy them(pregnancy test) in drugstores just to assure each of you her current status. It's best to use condoms along with, you as a guy should want to share the responsibility with her by doing your part.
If you haven't done any sex with her in those 2 weeks then chances are very slim for you to be father. If she has done with some one else then its high chance of her getting pregnant. Better to clear out by just testing with simple home test pregnancy kit. if positive then you can go for the next stages, like ask her, go for DNA to finally confirm.
