I agree with the idea of giving potential parents this test. I don't exactly know whether you're talking about an actual exam or a mental thing, but either way, that would work. A lot of people say they're ready to become a parent, but they really aren't. Now, sometimes people get pregnant on accident, and there's no preventing that, but for those willing t take this hypothetical test, it would be a good idea. If a test like this were to be established, there might be a whole lot less child abuse and neglect. It would also be a good idea to get any other child caretaker such as a teacher, daycare center, or baby sitting service (perhaps teengers too, but you can usuallytrust a teen with the righ instructions and phone numbers).
