Once Jews were most hated and persecuted group in Europe which was mainly due to religious differences between Christians and Jews.
My Question is , What factors were responsible for
a) Rise in power of Jews, so much that they could establish a State in Middle East
b) Strong Alliance between Europeans (including America) and Israel.
And Has it anything to do with Khazar Jews?

In my opinion the improvjn conditiins between europe/america an Israel have much to do with the Christian doctrine on jews, which I see as being quite different as youhhave described it. Christians today recognise that the jews are Gods chosen people and we want to ensure their safety in order to please God. It was through the jews (jesus christ was a jew) that christians recieved the gospel they preach, so now that Israel is now a country again we want to help them. Hope this helps. Good luck in writing your essay.
P.s. the rising of power of the jews has to do with the fulfilment of a prophecy that said thag, i think, thr jews would be a state again. What i mean is the bible prophecied that certain things had to haooen in israel and for that to happen there would need to be an israelite state. So that is wwhy it came back info being. Because it was Gods will and this prophecy needed to be fulfilled.
In order to answer that question completely, we would need to go back to the beginning.
That means when they became known as , God's chosen people".
It started with Abraham, who the Bible say, "became God's friend". God made a Covenant or agreement with him, which said, Genesis 15:18
“To your offspring I will give this land, from the river of Egypt to the great river, the river Eu·phraʹtes".
The Israelites, as they were called then, because of being descendants of Jacob, (Israel), then had God's approval, as long as they obeyed his rules, (Deuteronomy 30:19, 20) "by loving Jehovah your God, by listening to his voice, and by sticking to him".
As time went on, Jesus came on the scene, however they broke the agreement by rejecting him and choosing Caesar, The Roman ruler at that time. John 19:15
"The chief priests answered: “We have no king but Caesar.”
As time went on The Jews, as they were now called, decided to go it alone, that is without God's direct favor. Matthew 23:37,38 says, Jerusalem, Jerusalem, the killer of the prophets and stoner of those sent to her—how often I wanted to gather your children together the way a hen gathers her chicks under her wings! But you did not want it.
"Your house is abandoned to you".
In 70 CE this was fulfilled. According to Jesus prophecy,“When you see Jerusalem surrounded by encamped armies, then know that the desolating of her has drawn near." Luke 21:20
The Jews, lose their home land , and was dispersed into different countries and enslaved by many different governments.
About 1,100,000 died during the siege, and 97,000 were taken captive. To this day a testimony to the fulfillment of Jesus’ prophecy can be seen in Rome at the Arch of Titus, which stands, erected by the Romans in 81 C.E.
Later Jews were hated by many who called themselves Christians, because they felt, the Jews killed Jesus. However, as time went on, down to our time period, 20th century,
many now formulate the idea, that the Jews are still God's chosen people, but according to the Bible they are not.
Josephus a historian observed: “All hope of escaping was now cut off from the Jews.”
That arch remains a silent reminder to the fact that failure to heed the warnings in Bible prophecy can lead to disaster.
This is the real history of the Jewish, when, where and why. A bit more then you may have wanted to know, but at least now you have truthful information.
