Ok, so I have been living for 2 years with a weird spot on my nose, and no its not a pimple or zit, it's actually like a strange indent or hole. Its brownish and sometimes red, It has been there for as I said almost two years now and it hasn't gone away, iv tried squeezing it, putting peroxide on it, zit cream, the whole lot. I'm only 15 so I don't know if Its possible to develop it this early but im wondering if it may be cancer, absurd I know but I cant figure it out. please help!

Every hair follicle has a gland that secretes sebum to lubricate the hair. If the hair falls out the gland keeps going. When sebum hits air it turns black. That is why you have black spots all over your nose and cheeks. If the pore is closed by skin then the sebum remains white and you have a whitehead.
Only three things are known for sure about acne:
1. Only humans get it.
2. The only cure is to outgrow it.
3. #2 is not very reliable.

Get "Pure Vitamin E Skin Beauty Oil" at the cosmetics counter. Be sure it says "Pure". You can also use capsules by poking a hole with a pin and squeezing the oil out. Vitamin E has to soak in, so put it on when you can leave the skin bare for a while.
