I left my employment and my employer was supposed to take the cost of my uniform off my final paycheck and didnt. Do i have to pay the leftover cost? Im hoping not.... the company shouldnt be able to come back and demand money from me for their mistake of not taking the full amount off.

normally they have you sign something saying you agree with the boss to take out the cost of the uniforms alot of times they have you return the uniforms then you get a paper kinda like a reciept showing you returned them signed then its taken unless they decided not to
