I am pritty sure thay are called fleur de lis. If you google search French flag with fleur de lis, you should find the flag you are talking about.

The French flag is red white and blue. If you see one with fleur de lis in yellow it must be a colonial flag no longer in use or something to do with a coat of arms. The current national flag does not have yellow on it.

There have been a lot of French flags with various yellow things at various times. I don't care enough to research what you might mean by "kingdom of France", so I leave that to you. I would guess you are talking about this:
