What exactly is a MP3?

Question

I have an MP3 I want to look at. I pit on in my video player ans I get a weird menu that says "root" and at.bottom of screen there are arrows, "p.nav1" enter and quit.

I don,t know where to BEGIN to get it to work. Do I need an MP3 player to watch
Or listen?

download winamp and when get started push the J button and begin to search

A mp3 player is a portable music player . download the music you want and take it with you.. plug it in your car or just plugin earbuds also check out your users Manuel that comes with it.. I'm not sure what kind you have so i cant help you much more..
