It depends on how tall you are and your body composition. BMI is good for a basic guide, but doesn't work for everyone.

BMI doesn't work for people who work out with weights or train for sport. My trainer is 5'10" and 206lb and according to BMI he is borderline obese, but doesn't have an ounce of fat on him.
If your Body Mass Index is between 18.5 and 24.9 , your weight is considered healthy, not associated with the increased risk of overweight-related diseases.
To calculate your BMI, use this formula:
BMI = 703 x Weight in Pounds / (Height in Inches x Height in Inches)
