What is plantar fasciitis cure? Can I get more information regarding it?

Plantar fasciitis is pain in the heel. It is the most common type of plantar fascia injury. Risk factors typically include excessive running and standing for long periods on solid or hard surfaces.

Most cases (>90%) will resolve within 12 months with or without treatment. It can be treated with corticosteroid injections or surgery as a last resort. Botox treatment is also sometimes used as a technique, but this remains controversial.
