What is the meaning of hashtags with numbers, as in #17 or #28 for exemple?
I mainly found them on Facebook but also on Twitter.
Is it a secret code? Are there more of them?

I'm talking about using them as keywords in a post along with other hashtags, not as elements of a list.

Haha, funny question. The "#" is referred to as "number", you see in code we always want to find the shortest solutions for things. Since our minds are working fast, so that brings us back to your question. You see the "#6" etc. Only means "number 6", we do this instead of writing the whole word "number".
