Splot: It starts out with a scene where you see a gang (I think they`re dealing drugs) in some slum, when they notice this man bending over somthing. they confront the guy only to their surprise that this guy have a deformed face with yellow teeth and he was eating on a corpse. They get into a fight and the "monster" have fist weapons with blades on and slice one (or two?) of the people and then run off into a hole or building. the next scenes is about them chasing this creep in dark tunnels underground. Not sure if the police is included but alot of guys chase this monster.
I saw this movie in the 1990ies and believe its from around then.
Please anyone knows the name of this movie?
