I came across an artist a while ago who applies paint thickly to a model's face (also to the background and their collars/ shoulders etc), so that the resulting photograph looks like a painted portrait of the model.
It may well be something that is not unique to one artist so I was wondering if anyone could tell me the name of the artist/ any artists that do this kind of work? Thanks.
