Why do my cell phone charging bar indicators move when the phone is not being charged?

I think you can change your mobile phone Settings, perhaps there is out of the question

i think there must have a been a problem with its battery connection or it is just a late manifestation of the charging sign there is also a possibility that you have over charged your phone

you may also have acquired and are using a counterfeit battery or in case it genuine then its faulty and needs to be looked at by a qualified technician
