Will anything be sent to a billing address?

I bought a present for a friend on Etsy, but I'd rather my mom not know (I'm 18). Will anything be sent to the billing address upon purchase or is it simply to verify the debit card?

Answer

The item will be delivered to the shipping address, so unless you are mailing this to your address she shouldn't know ( although I don't see why she couldn't know). Your visa debit purchase (I assume) just requires your address for security reasoning.
