Since the start of the year, I have made some healthy changes to my lifestyle and that includes eating healthy meals and exercising. I have put on about 10kg in the past few years and I have lost about 2kg and need to lose 8 more. I was just wondering if my workout routine is correct for weight loss. I dont do any weight training. I am mainly focusing on cardio and since my hips and thighs are my main problem areas, I work out on the stationary bike since that kind of tones my thighs and I do so for one hour 3 times a week and lose slightly more than 500 calories per workout. Is this routine good for weight loss? I am not worried about losing the weight rapidly by the way. I prefer to lose it 'slowly' so that I can maintain the weight loss afterwards. Thanks.
