i am about 5"7 ( yes pretty tall lol) and i weigh about 147 lbs. I have really been wanting a smaller waist but i dont wanna lose my butt... ive been researching waist trainers but they look uncomfortable and im not even sure they will work i dont mind working out or dieting to achieve my goal of a small waist or hourglass figure but i DO NOT want to lose my butt in the process.. any ideas how i can do that?
