We have a 12 week old Bull dog puppie who like's to stand on your feet...does that mean anything...If i'm cleaning the house and stop to do anything he's right there on my feet..he will follow me from room to room and if I stop he's right there and he'll stand on my feet...just curious to what it might mean.....Thank You...

Its very normal and there could be several reasons and they are the same for all breeds because call breeds do it.
Frankly I just look at it as a need for attention. You are dealing with a baby. This puppy like any child has a need to play and exercise and have fun and wear itself out then have a nap. This baby puppy has a need to feel secure and safe and held and loved. You might want to give puppy some one one one time several times a day. If it was with mom she would be doing that and just because he isnt with mom doesnt mean those needs stop.
