Game- I have a iPhone and when I click on minecraft and it won't let me play help!!?

It won't let me play when I click on the icon for minecraft it just turned white then back to the home screen I need help!!

If it says this app is no longer shared with you, you have to add it to family library on the device that originally bought minecraft
