I scheduled an hour for driving on Saturday but then snow showed up. I called to try to cancel/reschedule, the number will NOT go through or even let me leave a message! Now, the people are calling me and telling of me of this fee I owe them?!? I paid $250 for my 30 hour in-class instructions which also counts for 6 behind-the wheel instruction hours! I don't think it's fair to charge people like that! When trying to explain my situation, the people claimed it was in the student handout package already. BUT They never mentioned that in class or found anywhere in the packet. -_-
