How much lift will I get if I fill 5 liters of hydrogen at one atm pressure in a balloon?

It depends on how much the balloon weighs. The only sure method is to fill one and measure it.

Can u provide me an equation to solve it

You could look up the density of hydrogen, and the density of air, which is always a guess, and puzzle out some estimate of lift, but you still end up weighing it to see what you actually get. So weigh it and be done with it.

Density of air at sea level and 32F is about 1.29 grams per liter, so your balloon can not lift as much as 6.45 grams in any case. That is the weight of two copper pennies.
