So I bought a house and was living in it alone and later on met my girlfriend. She moved in and we added her name to the deed of the house. Throughout the whole time living here she doesn't pay for anything. I bought her car, I pay for her car insurance, aswell as my own, she doesn't contribute to mortgage payments and she doesn't pay for groceries or anything we need. We do have a child together and I pay for baby stuff aswell, but once again she doesn't pay for anything. She has cheated on me over 5 times and I m done forgiving. I don'twant her in my house anymore I want to split up. My question here, given all the information I've provided is: when we separate, with her name on deed, does she still get 50% of the house even though she has never paid a dime for it?

... but she is the mother of your child. So you presumably would want her and your child to be financially secure anyway.
